Nanpi Xiangteng Hardware Products Co., Ltd. (formerly Nanpi Tongli Auto Parts Factory) is located in Nanpi – known as “China’s Hardware Capital” – situated between National Highway 104, Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, and high-speed railway lines. The company is only 10 kilometers from highway exits and railway stations, with Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan to the north and Qilu region to the south, enjoying convenient transportation access.
Our factory covers an area of over 5,000 square meters with registered capital of 1.5 million RMB. We possess strong economic strength, a high-quality workforce, first-class technical capabilities, and strict regulatory systems. In 2009, we successively added supporting production equipment for electrophoretic coating, heat treatment, and laser cutting to produce high-standard, high-quality qualified products.
Our factory is primarily engaged in hardware stamping and welding processes, capable of stamping parts under 400T, brake shoes, steel backing plates, and providing comprehensive and supporting production of automotive and motorcycle parts, electronic hardware, aerospace components, and other parts. Our products including shock absorber plates, alarms, brake shoes, and steel backing plates passed the GB/T19001-2000 idt ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification on January 1, 2007.
Currently, our brake shoe and brake pad accessories are purchased by companies including Shandong Xinyi, Weifang Airui Brake System Co., Ltd., Dongying Borui Brake, Huangshi Sete Friction Materials Co., Ltd., and Zhuhai Graley, among others.
